Summer Community Service Fellowship

The Harvard Summer Community Service Fellowship (SCSF) has become a crucial initiative in supporting the development of a new generation of graduates working for the public interest. It provides an opportunity for our Club to provide a stipend to an undergraduate working with a nonprofit organization to offset the income they would have earned, had they worked in a for-profit organization. The recipient is either a Westchester student working in a nonprofit locally or elsewhere or a non-resident student working in Westchester. This is an exciting and creative way both to support Harvard’s students and contribute to their home communities.

Our club has participated in the program for the last several years and has funded a number of undergraduate projects.
